We offer a wide range of color options for our plastic trays. By providing the Pantone color numbers, we can produce trays in any desired shade. Popular colors include blue, green, red, grey, yellow, and white. This flexibility allows you to choose a color that complements your personal preferences or aligns with your branding requirements.
We offer free one-color logo screen printing on our plastic trays when the order meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can choose to print your logo or graphics on either the short or long sides, with most customers opting for the sides to ensure their brand is visible during transport.
We will provide FREE samples for your testing before ordering. You can confirm whether the material, sizes, shape, thickness, and strength of the containers can meet your demand with the samples. However, we may only have certain colors in stock. If you want to confirm the specific color, we can make a small plastic color chip which is also FREE OF CHARGE for your reference. Making a sample is possible, but the cost is a little high.
You can also use the samples to ensure that the trays are the right fit for your space and that they will meet your durability requirements. With our free samples, you can feel confident that you are making the right choice for your moving and storage needs.
Typically, we maintain a small inventory of 100-200 pieces of plastic trays in stock, allowing us to promptly ship them out after they have been packed. However, only blue color may be available.
If you require a larger quantity, we will need to arrange for production to meet your specific needs. As such, the delivery time for your order will be based on the quantity you require and any other unique specifications that you may have. This is the most efficient and cost-effective option for transportation.
In Paper Cartons: For added protection, you can choose to pack a specified number of trays into paper cartons. This packaging method helps shield the trays from damage during shipping, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
On Pallets: Packing trays on pallets is an excellent choice for easier handling. It allows for safe and efficient loading and unloading with forklifts. Trays can be stacked securely, minimizing the risk of damage. Pallets also facilitate smooth transportation, as they can be easily moved using pallet jacks or forklifts, making the entire process more efficient.
